The $299 initial fee is refundable for 7 days if you do not choose 1 or more partners.

Once a partner is chosen, the following apply:

DDC guarantees pre-approval at 1 or more of your partner choices or a 100% refund of the entire initial fee.

If any of your partner choices pre-approve you or if you apply with any partner, no refund is offered.

The Initial Fee is due before your application will be processed. The Risk Assessment is due a minimum of 2 days before your move-in.
